Section 294
Confidentiality not to be disclosed
(1) No one shall disclose any of his secrets learned from any person in the course of his professional work to anyone unless compelled by law or permitted by such person.
(2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to one year or a fine of up to ten thousand rupees or both.
